We are ten years young!

On July 15, 2015, Be The Rain Trust was born!

After several years fundraising and project managing water projects in remote areas in Tanzania, Benita Serena Cassar Torreggiani found monitoring projects hands on was of extreme importance. Having this insight led to registering Be The Rain Trust (BTRT) as a nonprofit corporate Trust with RITA in Tanzania.

Since then, BTRT has been working on numerous projects, mainly repairs, refurbishing structures, clean water, solar, school kitchen and renovating a dilapidated classroom into a beautiful library.

We continue to help where we can, with what resources we have, with our dedicated Board, Special Advisors and invaluable Volunteers.

We are very proud of what we have achieved and wish to thank you for your generous support for the past ten years!
