What We Have Done

Leading into 2021, WE are very proud to have launched several new projects in 2020 including a solar unit for a wildlife rescue nursery, an ongoing and successful shoe program for students in need, and the soon to be provided hundreds of books for a school Library as well as:

  • Rehabilitating water tanks, saving every drop of water from either the town line or the rains providing clean drinking water to over 800 school children and their teachers.
  • We have renovated a classroom into a library and installed solar power in prep for a progressive e-reader program for students and their teachers.
  • We have built a kitchen with facilities to cook a hearty lunch for 800 children and as a result has been attributed to a significant increase in passing grades for entry to Secondary School

We Look Forward

Our goals are high.

  • An e-Reader Program bringing advanced technology to students.
  • A water tank with a clean water supply for a remote community of 15,000 pastoralists and their families.
  • A school in a remote village so children never miss school during the rains.
